The CRS designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents and brokers. To earn this prestigious title, I had to:
- Maintain good standing with the NAR.
- Close a minimum of 60 residential transactions in the past five years or 30 mil in sales.
- Complete a rigorous set of RRC education courses covering topics like buyer/seller representation, contract negotiation, real estate financing, marketing, ethics, and professional standards.
