If you need to buy a home on Hawai'i Island, Jennifer is the only realtor you should consider. She's responsive, honest, sensitive to your time, needs, wants and most importantly your budget. As residents of the mainland, we knew nothing about "lava zones" what they were and how lenders look at them when applying for a mortgage. She preferred a face to face meeting (as do I) and explained every aspect of a big island purchase so we knew what to expect. Guided us to apps she likes to use that ultimately resulted in a smooth and problem-less transaction.Her extensive knowledge of the island is more helpful than you could have possibly anticipated, answering questions you didn't know you should ask, before you ask them.
